By placing an order online through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.

Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related regulations.

Shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If not delivered, the contract may be terminated.

Products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and if applicable, with warranty documents and user manuals.

If the product cannot be supplied, notification must be made within 3 days, and the payment must be refunded within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the buyer does not make payment or cancels the payment, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE

If unauthorized card use is detected after product delivery and payment is not made, the product must be returned within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the BUYER.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, the situation will be communicated to the Buyer. The Buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement, or choose to wait. Refunds are issued in cash within 14 days or to the bank for credit card payments; the bank may take 2-3 weeks to process the refund.

OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and report any damages to the shipping company. The product is considered delivered without damage if no report is made. If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

For service procurement, the period starts from the signing of the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be used if service has already begun.

Costs are borne by the BUYER.

Notification must be sent in writing to the SELLER within 14 days, and the product must be unused.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

REFUND CONDITIONS

Payment and documents will be refunded within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and the product will be collected within 20 days.

Damages caused by user error must be compensated. The User is not responsible for deterioration occurring under proper use.

If the total falls below the campaign amount, the discount will be canceled.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal rights cannot be used for products made for personal needs, products unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons, opened packaging, electronic services, or digital content. Products such as cosmetics, software, CDs/DVDs with opened packaging are also not eligible for return.

DEFAULT

In case of default for credit card payments, interest and fees may be charged by the bank. The BUYER is responsible for all damages resulting from delays.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment can be made via bank transfer/EFT.

Online payment and installment options are available. The amount will be charged to the credit card at the end of the order.
